Warranties 4 Wheels Extended Auto Warranties From 399.00 - Free Quote
We try to call each auto warranty company in order to see how their customer service is, get a quote from them, and really see what they are all about. Let me tell you my experience with the customer service over at Warranties4wheels.com.

I was discussing auto warranties with a lady customer service representative from warranties 4 wheels for maybe 2 minutes, when her cell phone rang. She said in a lazy voice “Hold on a sec” and answered her phone!

I WAS ON HOLD FOR TEN MINUTES BEFORE HANGING UP

The website of warranties4wheels.com is, well, insane. It does not reflect the qualities that one might expect in a company website that is serious about doing business. One word – SpineCrank. OK, maybe that is 2 words. Warranties 4 wheels has a picture of a skull that has been stabbed by a sword, and then grew wings with the phrase “SkullCrank” below it. Uh, OK. I wouldn’t see something like that on a reputable auto warranty companies website like Automotive Warranites US would I? NO WAY!

So, maybe I am being hard on them, but come on! What do our readers think? Let us know your experience with warranties 4 wheels below!

Readers, there are a lot of companies out there offering auto warranties. I will leave it up to you to decide which should get your business.

I also had a terrible experience with this car warranty company; they were rude and unmotivated. I will never recommend this auto warranty company to anyone.

W4W is a scam. Do not buy or your will be sorry. I wish I had kept my $4500 or purchased easycare or a warranyt that actually is a warranty.

I am currently going through a warranty claim with this company. Even though I purchased “wear and tear” coverage, they indicated everything was excluded, including wear and tear!

I am an attorney, and intend to sue this bogus, sham company for damages for fraud!

I put in a quote request to these guys and got a response right away. The letter was clear and concise and they were the ONLY company to give me a copy of the contract BEFORE I bought. Not sure what these other folks experienced but they did a great job for me and I highly recommend them!

I also called to ask questions about coverage. The woman I spoke to would only answer in vague general terms. Most answers were yes or no. When I tried to ask for a more detailed answer, she would change her answer to what she thought I wanted to hear. One question I asked was about diagnostic fee charges. She did not know what diagnostic meant. I called again a few days later, and the same woman answered. I get the feeling that they only have one person on the phones, and that says to me “Fly by Night.”
