Protection Direct Auto Warranties

PROTECTION DIRECT

These guys just recently popped up on the scene. We haven’t had any reviews of them, good or bad, but the prices seem a little bit higher than many of the other extended warranty companies. Remember, what a company lacks in one area – they must make up for in another.

Their website looks professional, but honestly I could not find any relevant information on what exactly they offer in terms of extended car warranties. I wanted to contact them about a misspelling on their front page that was very blatant, but the only way to contact them was through their contact form for getting a quote. Please let us know if you have had any success with this company, or not!

We are very interested in any one that has had contact with the customer service team over at Protection Direct Auto Warranties. Leave a review below

OK – I’ve got a call in to a service manager over at Protection Direct. If there are any questions or problems you guys have had with this company, let me know and I’ll be sure to bring up those issues in my conversation with this auto warranty company.

Wow Joseph, that’s too bad you didn’t have a good experience with Protection Direct. Any details you can elaborate on?

I agree with Joseph, I had my vehicle in shop 3 times and all 3 times they refused to cover parts. One was tie rods, one was Power steering lines and cooler, the other was an AC issue. Each time they had a differnt reason to include they needed the bad parts sent to them to decide if they would cover it. All work was done at a dealer.

I recently dealt with them in reference to my mother’s vehicle. I also spoke to many different people each time I showed hesitation. Each person told me something different. One person actually hung up on my mother when she requested to see something in writing regarding what was covered/not covered.
    VERY unprofessional.
