Ok, this site, just like anyother 1994-ish looking website, makes me feel a little uneasy. Sure, they have a couple of graphical badges in the side bar of the page that are supposed to make the site look safe and secure, but it just doesn’t work for me.
I think that an auto warranty company needs to provide a secure feeling to it’s customers. Any how, the site autorepairwarranty.com has obviously been around a while. I found them using Google, in the sponsored search results, when I searched for auto warranty. This leads me to believe that they are in fact still in business and looking to find more customers. However, if I had found this site in the natral results in Google, I would have thought they were long out of business with the poorly designed site.
They offer Bumper to Bumper coverage on most US and foreign automobiles that fall within the years they are currently offering auto service contracts on. The power train warranty is pretty standard, and might include oil changes – refer to the contract or ask the Auto Repair Warranty rep to see if this is offered.
The testimonials section of their site seems to be valid. The quote is so long though! In comparison to the quote system we offer on the right hand side of our site (3 questions – talk live for a few minutes – done!).
One aspect of their coverage that we are looking into is the road side service portion. In any extended auto warranty contract, you really have to look carefully at the road side assistance portion to see how far you can be towed; many companies limit this cost to 100 miles. In most situations, that should be just fine.
If you have an extended auto warranty with autorepairwarranty.com, please let us know what you think about them using the area below!

I also went to these guys website I left fairly quick due to how it looked. An auto warranty company that looks like this no get my business!
Good news folks! Auto Repair Warranty.com has been redesigned a little bit, and is now looking better than before. Basically it’s still the same, but with a much needed refresher. Yuri – maybe give them another shot? My father used to tell me “People Buy With Their Eyes”. So true!
Auto Repair Group does not offer a bumper-to-bumper warranty. Ask them why they call it bumper to bumper and they will tell you that is just what we call it. The parts that are covered are listed and it is not bumper-to-bumper. Pay close attention to the verbiage in the contract because when you file a claim you will need this to argue with the claim department. We bought this warranty coverage in 2006 and have had nothing but bad service. They will refuse to cover parts, take up to 3-5 days to pay the auto repair shop, and their claim department is extremely rude. They also do not give you a rental vehicle if a repair takes more than 8 hours. The rental is if the physical repair to the vehicle take 8 hours, not how long it is in the shop. Because this warranty is not bumper to bumper you will have to fight for every claim. Sometimes weeks, then they finally say okay we will comprise and cover this part but you have to pay for this item. Often times the part I am responsible to pay for is the result of the part that is broken in the first place. We have filed 4 claims with ARG since 2006 and every repair has taken at least 1 1/2 weeks to 3 weeks. This is not because of the repair (the repair in every case was completed in under 2 days) this was because of Auto Repair Group refusing to pay for parts, that were clearly covered, or taking 2-4 days to respond to the mechanic to give the okay to do the work. In addition, two times we were forced to use a mechanic that Auto Repair Group recommended and both times the repair was done wrong or misdiagnosed. This company advertises “tested for safety†and “web assuredâ€, which is very misleading. They list themselves with a company that “appears” as a company that rates the reliability and usability of the company. Once looking further into this you will find that these companies are paid for services and one of the ratings is a score that indicates how reliable the website works. The way that they represent this one would think is the rating with BBB, which by the way they have a D rating and many complaints. Again, very misleading. The mechanics we have worked with cannot believe some of the stuff that this company is saying and trying to do. There are SEVERAL complaints about this company on blogs and there are actually a couple of individuals trying to start a class suit against this warranty/”insurance” company for the same reasons that I have described above. Our warranty is thankfully over in 3 months and we are trying to save others from making this same mistake. DO NOT USE THEM — there are other warranty companies with better reviews. The reviews do matter.
RE: Auto Repair Warranty
Buyer beware, they are the nicest guys when buying the policy. Yet, when making a claim it’s a different story. Your car will sit in the shop for 2 weeks as they conduct research, I guess on how to denied your claim. So far I have had 3 of 4 claims denied in the past 2 years. Each time with the car just sitting in shop. Choose wisely.
Re: Auto Repair Warranty
I also feel they shouldn’t sell their product as Bumper to Bumper coverage, when you go through their contract it’s far from that.
I had a service contract with this firm a few years back. Unfortunately, I found them extremely difficult to deal with.
There were several disputes concerning the contract and we had to go to arbitration.
Therefore, I cannot recommend them. If you check the web; it appears that others may have had similiar experiences. Be sure to conduct your own due dilligence.
Despite having tough consumer protection laws; the State of Ohio does a poor job of regulating these types of companies.
Auto Repair Warranty is the worst company I have every dealt with. They take your money…My car has been in the shop at least 8 times and every single time they call me and say “The repair is not covered under the warranty” If you ask any questions they tell you to go read your contract to see whats covered. Please beware. Do not use this company. They are a rip-off!!!
THEY ARE GONE.
Just purchased2 contracts and got hosed. Out of business
MARCH 3, 2009I TRIED TO OPEM A CLAIM WITH AUTO REPAIR WARRANTY, INC. AND RECEIVED A RECORDING THAT THIS NUMBER HAS BEEM DICONNECTED AND NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE. I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH THIS COMPANY SINCE I TOOK MY POLICY OUT IN MAY OF 2009. THEY HAVE DENIED CLAIM AFTER CLAIM THAT IS LEGITIMATE. I THINK THERE OUGHT TO BE LAWYERS OUT THERE TO TO TAKE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. THERE IS A NUMBER OF COLPAINTS FILED WITH THE BBB OF OHIO, AND RIP OFF.COM AND WITH EVERYTHING I READ JUST THIS EVENING I DON’T KNOW HOW THE THEY CAN HAVE A GOOD STANDING WITH THE BBB OF OHIO.

Finally !!! A class action suit against this POS company.
THESE COMMENTS, by a company that has a box on the top of their website to click for USFidelis. Look on top!! How darn funny. I’m now thrilled to be the proud owner of abraxaswarrantyservices.com. You like those fancy websites with all the bells and whistles? I hope so, you’re paying for all those bells and whistles when you buy a service contract from these “endorsed” companies that pay this site to allow them to put links on here.
